When is the last time you played Hydro?

I've heard a lot of different answers to the question, so..

When is the last time you played tc_hydro?

(before you read this thread and/or title)

A good while ago. Either the game is over in less than half a second, or it'll be a stalemate for hours at a time, depending on the round/map time... <.<

I think the last time I played I went to one that had a stalemate and had fun as a DR spy. Or it might've also been when I went on an empty Hydro map and got me my achievement.

I love Hydro, but so many people don't even give it a chance. I remember Friday I kept typing in chat exactly where to build sentries and junk (cause I know Hydro really well, used to be all I played for about a month... then I found Gravelpit ), but they wouldn't listen

I've played it quite a bit, but it seems to have drastically lost it's popularity it once had. People really don't give it a change, just like Kevimaster said.

Hydro as a special occasion is fun. It's nice because if it's unfamiliar to the whole server, then the match will be fun. But if people know what they're doing it turns into the usual stalemate/insta-cap that everyone knows.

Not exactly a huge fan of Hydro but its fun to play every once in a while. I think I've only played that map 3 or 4 times as it can get old real fast if your team is getting steamrolled.

Contrary to popular belief, scrambling teams doesn't help the server. I used to think it did too, but I've seen it in practice and all that happens is people leave because the server got scrambled and the teams are STILL unbalanced. I wish it worked, but it doesn't.

Wow, I honestly can't remember the last time I played it. The TC game mode is great, but Valve never tried releasing more TC maps.

man i wish people would play this map more :/ its really fun if you give it a bit of time, although something i wish it had was that i wish it would go for more then 10 minutes then stalemate...but hey, nothings usually the way you want it so whatever.
