I'm not gonna participate... I don't want to play TF2 Scource. (Basically what it is becoming) Lol
you realize once BETA completes thats what the game will be right? unless you plan on never updating and having no servers to play in

This is indeed going to change the way this game is played.. forever.

No need to be angry dude, it will be released to everybody once theyve finished it.I'm so incredibly angry right now. I got an update about this on my smartphone while I was at work... they scheduled a meeting I had to be at after I was supposed to have left for the day. I didn't get into the beta because of another pointless meeting at work. This is most upsetting.
Also, I have to say that I think this may be a bit of a marketing move on Valve's end. This will revive interest in an already hugely popular game, and bring it even more to the forefront of the Valve lineup again. This of course coincides with the Steam Mac release tomorrow. Should be seeing the beta over fairly quickly and the full game being advertised as part of the Mac platform big releases.

. I don't see anywhere on there like major gameplay changes and such. I mean sure its going to the OB Engine, but I don't think it really causes that huge of a difference. If its the mouse acceleration you're worried about then you can change that in the settings, if its the actual players acceleration, well thats a bit different but its nothing you won't be used to after a few days playing IMO. This is turning our to be like the TF2 updates, everyone HATES the new weapons and changes when they first come out and prophesies doom each time, and then after a week or two everyone is back to normal because they have adjusted to the changes or have learned how to counter the weapons.RESPAWN is right! Making it more TF2 Like with how it plays... mwahhahahahahaha, CSS players in distress because they can't deal with the changes, but its always been that way for us TF2 players
