Need tips for getting a sixpack :)

Do lots of cardio, it's the only way to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. Second, you need to research some core exercises you can do on the days you don't do cardio. The P90x ab workout is great for building ab muscles. Third, diet is extremely important. Cut out as much sugar/high fructose corn syrup foods that you can. If you want something sweet, fill yourself up with fruit. A favorite snack that usually does the trick for me is a strawberry smoothie.

Suggestions for cardio:
Running (best way)

p90x ab workout:
in & outs
bicycles
crunchy frogs
cross leg sit-ups
fifer scissors
hip rock n' raise
pulse ups
v-up/roll ups
mason twist while holding weights

If you want a copy of my p90x disks, just let me know.
Sit-ups do not actually work your abs, it works your hips. Do crunches to were your lower back barely comes off the ground while keeping your back straight.

Strawberry Smoothie Recipe:
1/2-3/4 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Low fat/Soy milk
15 starwberries
4 cubes of ice

Have any more questions, feel free to pm me

do 5 reps of 30 crunches, 2 reps of 50 bicycle crunches, and 2 reps of 30 leg lifts for 20 seconds.

LOL Fluxion.

The best way to get a six-pack comes from 3 things mainly.

It might be common knowledge to some, but not many.

1. Cardio - Running is probably the most important thing you can do to develope your abs. Not just running though, running right. The way you pump your arms shapes your abs. Make sure you pump your arms and dont keep them stiff. Pump them at the same rate and length so that one side does not develop more than the other. Tredmills work, but there really isn't anything like the outdoors. Do a nice comfortable pace the first few times, amybe run 10-15-20 minutes, depending on what your body can handle. Then increase the difficulty of the workout. I used to run track and field for 4 years in highschool and I run it in college. And i do have a six-pack lol. So if you ahve any questions about what running excersizes or workouts you should do feel free to message me :).
2. Workout - If you really want to develop your abs work them intensely, but correctly maybe 3 days a week. Don't do every day or you will overwork your muscles. You can look your preferred excersizes. Pick 3-5 of them depending on your physical shape. Standard amount is 3 sets of 10 times for each or 2 minute strain depending on the activity.
3. Diet - Depending on your matabolism, you should watch what you eat. This seems obvious, but while working out if you threw away your junk/fatty foods you'd be surprised how much quicker and nicer your results are.

Again if you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to message me!
