Very good post Legend! All "e" members, remember you're in the servers to play the game. We don't need you to sit in spectate and relay infractions to us. We cannot see all infractions all the time and trust me if we do see them they will be handled by the admins in the server. You guys just need to play the game and not worry about admining or what the admins are or are not doing.

Please do not complain in admin chat about the admins not doing anything. Just because you report something to us doesn't mean we can act on it right away. We (admins) need to view what is going on in order to make proper decisions. Leadership has given us our admin for a reason.

When the time comes you will be given admin access, but for now just have fun and play the game. Don't be worrying about admining.

Also - admins are not all-knowing. We need to witness something before we take action.

If we go around revoking everybody who makes an honest mistake, there will be no CTs.

so if someone shoots a stack you could just give the admins the console information or free kills etc

The admins probably will know if someone shoots into a stack, so you probably don't have to worry about that. Definantly pull it if you are free-shot though, so we can tell who shot you!

An important post for our non-admin members. A lot goes on behind the scenes, have faith that we are doing a proper job keeping our servers a fun place to play!

When I first joined eGO, I was one of them people who was like, OMG WHY AREN'T THE ADMINS DOING ANYTHING!? But after my girlfriend got her G, I watched her play sometimes and got an idea of how the admins handle everything.

You guys take care of a LOT of stuff behind the scenes, including situations that e's and pubs don't see.

Also, I know you guys get busy. So therefore, admins are not all-knowing (as stated previously by others). If an admin misses something, and you're worried about it (this is for you e's and pubs), kindly report it in admin chat. Don't type in all caps saying, "OMFG THIS GUY USED A BAD WORD ADMINS HANDLE IT PPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZPLZ". That's just kinda unprofessional. If you say nicely, "Hey admins, there was a guy who used a curse word (or whatever happened), and was wondering if you guys are gonna take care of it?" By doing this, you're more than likely to get a nice message back telling you how they got it handled, and thanks.
