Since you =(e)=? members are new to how we run our recruiter drives, here's our guidelines:
- We go to 3 different eGO servers in 1 hour.
- Each member must be actively recruiting during the drive.
- Stick with the team! Unless told to, you should be in the server with other recruiters.
- We do not do the recruiting drive in the Jail server. Sorry Jail fans but the server isn't really the best location for an organzied recruiting drive.
- You are allowed to chat in Ventrilo during the drive, but when it comes down to business, be ready.
- Don't be afraid to ask for help.
- Try to aim for 1 recruit at a time. These drives are a group effort.
