Office court window

I need a clarification on office as to the window to the courtyard being part of ct spawn. To much have people constantly sit at the ledge for majority of the map camping and not doing the objectives.

They aren't even doing the objective. If they are not moving toward completing the objective in any map, then it is a w/k/b process.

yea if they are not attempting the objective warn for that, its not in that much of a grey area such as that ledge.
