so what are the requirments for making eG.... trying to achieve this lol... i already play 85+ hours every 2 weeks and only play on ego servers, and am on vent alot. anyone have any suggestions on what i should do to help me obtain eG?

But as blebla was saying, we typically don't give out promotions to people who try and ask for it.
Starting threads like this, or asking these kinds of questions in rooms full of admins can seem like that sometimes. But that doesn't seem to be your intent.

So I say again,

here is a copy from the Start Here thread:

Skill level has nothing to do with promotions. EdgeGamers promotes on the basis of a member's maturity. We would rather have someone who can barely play, is a lot of fun, and carries with them a sense of integrity, than someone who is PWNTASTIC and acts immaturely.

Getting promoted to =(eG)=?, =(eGO)=? or Leadership has nothing to do with your time in the community. It is the effort you put into the servers and the contributions you make to the clan that are factored into all promotions.

Other aspects we look at include:

1. Your playing time in the servers and love of the game.

2. Your maturity and ability to make the correct decisions in the servers. (Are you ready to switch sides when needed, or do you instead just say, "TEAMS"?)

3. Your forum activity - Do you contribute to the clan outside of playing the game? (Some members are promoted only on server time and not on forum activity. People are rarely promoted based on forum activity alone.)

4. Location - We might promote members who live in time zones outside of the USA quicker since we need admin coverage during all hours.

5. Donations and Dedicated Supporter status do not guarantee a promotion, but they do get you noticed.

Leadership is always watching to see who is ready, but the best way NOT to get promoted is by ASKING FOR A PROMOTION. Just play and have fun.

I know that sounds cliche but thats honestly the answer. theres no cheatcode you put in to get a promotion.

Dont focus too much on getting promoted or its gonna get to your head.

Play on the servers, have fun, stay away from trouble and let the current admins on the server do their stuff

and get on vent

That's the code to get eG.

The one for eGO is a bit more tricky.

Sorry to interuppt the festive conversation, but I wanted to mention something else to itsmrpink. As an 'e' member, just play and have fun. That's another thing that they look for (I have proof Tom ). Don't get all happy when it is time for promotions either, because you might not be on there and you would more than likely be disappointed. In that case, just remember that there is always a next time!
