We have a shocking amount of members that don't talk to leadership...

They may seem threatening to some, but as long as you don't have a bad streak with them, you should have no problem contacting them for whatever reason it may be

When I'm on vent I only talk to Barmy Army or I chill alone in vent or go to other channels and just listen.
