This is exactly why I play here too. It's just not worth the hassle to hop on another server, key my mic once, and have to leave shortly after that because people won't shut up about me being female.

And a great big "thank you" to all of the admins here for keeping it that way - in the 3+ years I've been on these TF2 servers, I've only seen one instance of an admin allowing folks to harass females and not get a stern warning and a swift kick. It wouldn't be such a safe haven if the eGO admins (me included now) weren't so diligent and aware. So let's keep it up!
