DOD:S error message

I need help from someone that knows what this error message means in my pic?

I can't join any of our DOD:S servers now because of the video add, it crashes my comp @ sometimes makes me have to hard shut it down.

I have already updated my flash player, video card & the java is already updated help!

turn off hardware acceleration --- type dxdiag in the run box ( Start button, run box, type dxdiag, turn off video acceleration) should fix the issue

problem solved, flash was not properly installed.
