CS:S Server Improvements

1. Nothing is worse then joining a CS:S server and it spawns you, but it's past 15 seconds so you can't buy anything... Either make the buy time longer, or dont let people join and spawn after 10seconds so they have a chance to buy weapons.

2. We all know Dust 2 is the craziest of them all, so I was thinking it would make sense that if you're an admin, you should be in vent, so we don't have to type to other admins (If any are even on) and get shot in the process.

3. Change the vent in CounterStrike Division to have Each server as a channel, and CT/T under each one. Not just rooms. People populate all the rooms and talk about random things and we can't hear anything in game...

I understand option 2 can't really be enforced, but 1 and 3 should REALLY be considered. Let me know what you think or what issues can arise from these changes. Or if you simply agree...

These suggestions need to be in the Dropbox. A lot of the things you are suggesting we undo we're actually popular requests that people asked for and have been positively received. (Shortenting Dust 2 buy time)

As for the vent changes. 3 years ago we had ventrilo rooms labeled for each server. We don't do that anymore because rooms evolve and people can play different games in each room and just hang out.
