I have always hated text on a wallpaper. But besides that I will make some honest criticism since you are asking...
It is rather simple....I am guessing that you pulled the background from somewhere and just overlaid the cutout image of "Lelouch" and added some transparency and a slight white glow to the image. Then added white text with a slight shadow effect and a black glow. Please correct me if I am wrong...

yes you are correct.. but it was simple for a reason. I am still trying to understand the full capabilities of the program. Since this is all I currently know, its all I could do >.< When I figure out how to do the awesome stuff.. I will make something awesome =P
