I was looking at giving my leadership team an award today when I realized, they have nearly every award possible already. So, instead I figured I would get some division appreciation going. Your divisional leadership works very hard to maintain a friendly, punk-free gaming environment with the best quality servers that we can produce. These guys dedicate hours upon hours to this community with no real compensation other than the appreciation that we (the divisional members) show to them. So, with that being said I would like to be the first to show my gratitude to them by saying something about each one of them regarding their tireless efforts to not only maintain the division, but to make sure each day that it progresses into something even better.
The Division Leaders -
Christy: Your dedication to this division extends beyond what time you spend here online with us. I know that this community is always a priority to you even when it is not conveniently scheduled around your home life. You make great strides to ensure that your division is taken care of even when you have so much more going on in your life. You are a true leader and your sacrifices do not go un-noticed.
Zimmy: You are a good friend and a valuable asset. Your leadership is what maintains the level of professionalism that this division needs to continue being what the hard work of everyone before you has made it. There are so many things that you do as a DL which no one really sees or has a chance to notice. You are a key cog in the CS Division's machine.
The Advisors -
MGR: I don't think I could have picked a better suited individual to entrust, what is to me, the most important program we have in the division. As the leader of the CS Recruiters you have taken the program to new heights. With you, the Recruiting Coordinators have the opportunity to expand much further than I could have ever thought. You my friend, are a true EdgeGamer.
Ric: The rock star of the CS division. What more can I say? Ric is the man when it comes to solving problems. His no-nonsense style of leadership makes it easy to see why he was chosen to be part of this team. The flat truth of it is; If you have a problem, Ric can solve it. His sith ways are invaluable to the day to day operation of the division.
Spark: Quietly, you put in a TON of work in this division. You view hours and hours of demo every week. With barely any recognition for what you do, you quietly make sure that our servers operate at as level a playing field as possible.
fps: I know that you are a very busy guy at times and yet you still do whatever is needed to make sure that our admins are well trained and ready to keep the servers punk-free. With your leadership the AT team is ready for whatever is thrown at them. And with your long time experience as an admin and trainer, you are one of very few people that could handle the ban request and contest area of the forums, day in and day out, without ripping out your hair

Parvo: As the leader of the EC's you are needed almost every day on the forums, in Ventrilo, or in-game. And when one of those aren't consuming your time, you are looking for ways to improve the program by either adding events, or finding unique individuals to be event hosts. You put in hours and hours of work, for free. I can't say enough about what your hard work does for the division.
Now, what I woud like to see from this thread is a little appreciation for your leadership. Tell everyone why you this these guys are great. Maybe you have a story about how they helped you, or gave you a chance. Whatever it is, there is no better way to show your thanks than to put it here for everyone to see. No award can match the feeling you get when someone points out something you did that helped them either get along, or have a great time. These sentiments really are what make it all worth it. So let's hear it for the boys.
