On a serious note. Just try turning her down and go from there.

Best advice I can give is talk to her. Arrange to meet her somewhere PUBLIC (this is important). Explain things to her as you see fit. If she doesn't understand, then be as blunt as possible. If she still doesn't understand, then just get up and walk away. Commence with the ignoring and blocking.
