New update breaks game for people

The new css update has broken the game for people who have skins and custom maps. The normal way of installing skins has been removed and those who put the skins in the "custom" folder have not bee able to play the game. Also server updates have been changed plus some custom maps have lost their textures.

Solution: Don't use skins

On another note, it has ruined my Netcode GUI and that kinda upset me, but nothing too rash. Hopefully they fix it soon :thumbup1:

i'm not sure if this fixes the skins problem because I don't use skins, but all I had to do to make the game work was move the counter strike source folder from steamapps/username to steamapps/common

Yea, apparently instead of having my hat in the Jail server, I have a huge error sign over my head, which gives away where I'm hiding as a Terrorist

Kerri, Mayhem, redo the installation, I installed that GUI and it worked for me

Create a folder named anything you want in the " custom " folder. In that folder you created put all your GUI stuff in there and it should work.
