Sidenote on my sig: Im not sure why these little white specks have appeared around the outline of the gouf, it doesnt show it when viewing the image in my files or gimp.

Thats because those pixels are transparent, so layed onto the white background those pixels appear white. Use a white background in whatever photo editor you use so you can pin point them and then fill in those white speckles.
