Kind of messy. Look up some tutorials and stuff. The effects are misplaced. Sorry if I sound mean, but I'm actually trying to help xD. Overall a good 7/10 or so.

Not bad, i like the use of the foreground colors in the background. Although the font seems out of place, maybe try something more tech oriented. Also I think it'll give it more depth if you continued the horizontal borders on the sides as well.

Now, I like the effort, but just adding GIFs to a template and making them move have never seemed to creative to me. Just feels unnatural. The best art never had frames that moved.
