I like this, but I would of done the effect to the right, so it looks like it's behind him to add some depth. And the orange bubbles or whatever look out of place.

Uh, really?
The background is supposed to be blurry. Depth.
The text isn't supposed to be able to be read, just the BASSdoken part.
And what do you mean he looks weird? It's the Joker from a comic or something, not Heath Ledger.

The font is hard to read, including the name.
The render is fine. Small border looks okay.

I'll change the font, too.

-1 the c4d looks a little messy, imo. It's too strong with the what looks like emboss in some areas.
-.5 render is a little too plain, IE no effects (besides the brushing ofc)
