There have been some issues recently that need to be addressed, or the events that we all love will no longer be here.
These events are for us all to have fun, and to enjoy, welcoming new ideas and old, a little something different and fun for us.
For one, if you plan on attending, please be on time. I can not tell you how frustrating it is to go over the rules, only to be asked 2 minutes later, 'so what are we doing?' Please be on time, or ask someone privately.
Second, when the rules are being explained, HOLD STILL. DO NOT FIRE YOUR WEAPON. There is no need to melee the guy next to you, it makes noise that is distracting. One idea I had is to just line up like we were in realism. Hold still, do not jump around or crawl around or move in any way. Pay attention, and don't distract others from listening.
If any of you were to have the responsibility of explaining an event, you would know just how frustrating it is to tell someone not to fire or kill anyone, just to have them do that 2 seconds later. If we can't do something simple like hold still and listen, then why should we even bother? It's exhausting. If you like the events, then please stop horsing around while its being explained.
Rule #1- Be on time
Rule #2- Shut up, hold still, and listen.
Rule #3- Have fun AFTER the rules have been explained.
