Event Ettiquette, Important

Effective immediately, anyone not following rules and requests put in place by leadership and Event Coordinators will be kicked from the server. If you continue to break the rules, you will be temporarily removed from DOD:S events.

We run a MATURE gaming community and if you can not follow the rules and listen when someone is explaining the rules or giving commands, then there will be consequences.

If you come back into the server after you have been kicked, do not begin an argument with Leadership or the EC, if you have a concern please bring it up after the event has concluded. We all are aware the we hold our members to a higher standard and we expect the same thing in our events. Our leadership team should NOT have to repeat directions and have people doing whatever they want.

Does this apply for leadership as well? Lol.

Yes, Mini, I let a swear word slip. For that I apologized to my team and removed myself from the server. However, the issue is much larger than that- Anni is talking about constant messing around, not lining up, not listening, talking back, etc. These are the concepts that some are having trouble with that will no longer be tolerated

We continue to stress event etiquette, but what is the role that non EC's play in admining? Are we supposed to make sure people are following the rules of eGO and the event or are we just supposed to be quiet?

This seems cut and dry I am sure there are other places that these people can go if they want to screw off and not listen on organized nights. We get to act up and be fools so much that it shouldn't be to hard to pay attention and listen the few times we actually have to.

Admining in an event server should be very similar to admining, a public server. Leadership should admin first, then EC's. then O level, G level etc.

I feel like I need to remind everyone of this important thread made by Q-tip.

Please, PLEASE, follow the directions that the EC's give out. If we tell you to hold your fire, hold your fire. If we tell you to stop talking, stop talking.

It's incredibly frustrating trying to sort things out and keep things moving when we can't even hear ourselves talking over the sound of gunfire and knifing. So please, be considerate and follow orders. We shouldn't have to repeat ourselves and tell people CONSTANTLY not to fire their guns.
