a new and an old CS player

[ogoryas_TR]

hey guys. when last time i played CS, it was CS 1.5 so i don't know about Source and GO. Here is the question which one is better or what is the difference? Which one i should buy?

[Enfohip]

If you are looking to play on eGO servers, then buy source, if you are looking to just play fun competitive, buy go

[Gerbil]

What enfo said, GO is more suited to competitive gameplay and competitive graphics (if that makes sense) whereas source doesn't have that kind of feel to the game, you could always look up youtube videos and see which one fits your preference

[xFiveSevenx]

GO! because if you don't you will be stuck playing source for the next 5 years.

Good idea Gerbil, I will watch some videos

[ogoryas_TR]

only one GO server?? and seven for Source. source really popular i guess

[Muffs]

Only in eGO

[Drew]

If you are all about that competitive play you should pick up CS:GO

If you like to play casual or just have fun with tons of people pick up CS:S

It all comes down to personal preference.

Or you could wait for the winter sale and get both.
