2014 Divisional New Year Resolutions!

The only suggestion Id like to make is: Please give more awards to CS:S members. We have awards and achievements to throw to the air and only few guys ever get them. There's a lot of dudes and dudettes out there that deserve a TON of LOVE from Leadership

Dropbox recommendations. Especially achievements. These go unnoticed for a long time.

1) Personal Resolutions to help the CS Division
To actually recruit a guy into the CS Division. Ever since I joined the division (after CoD closed down), I haven't been able to recruit one single guy.

2) What can leadership do to make the CS Division better
Not really, although it would be nice to see leadership more often in the servers and have fun together!

3) What changes would you like to see within the CS Division
CS Division is currently running excellent conditions, so nothing particular

4) What changes would you like to see for our servers
To be honest, nothing. Everything looks fine!

5) What suggestions or even constructive criticism do you have for us
No suggestions, just keep on doing what you've been doing!

6) What have we been doing well that you'd like for us to continue
Communicating with members either on the forums or steam. It's been good and since there's several leadership members, it's easy just to get in touch with one if you have any questions.

7) What haven't we been doing so well that we need to improve on
Again, just filling those servers. As long as you play with us, we'll probably enjoy it more than playing against randoms.

8) Anything else you'd like to mention
The CS Bros program is something we should really enforce. It's always nice just to have a friend in the same division, a friend which we can share jokes with and have a lot of fun. eGO is basically like school, if you have no friends, what's the fun in it? (I'm not saying school is fun) ;)

Thanks and Happy new year to y'all!

Definitely what C-Whit stated. What I usually do is tell an adviser about something someone did, or if you're inclined to, tell them something that you think you deserve to be recognized for. Generally, they don't like it when you go up to them and demand awards, so try to refrain from doing that. But you'd be surprised how easy it is to get recognized for your achievements in the community!

Also, post in shoutbox a lot. I guarantee you the Council is raving over the sexy Shoutbox Regular achievement pin I made for fun in Photoshop lol. Watch, it'll hit the site here in a bit.

Just a little longer.............
