Banned?

I was just playing counter strike source like everyone else and im not new to this game. and as im playing i get banned WTF? im a good player cheating makes games boring and doesnt take any skill. i didnt get any warnings or anything like that. there were other people that looked like they were cheating. but all in all why did you guys do this ive done nothing i die like everyone else, hell ive seen a guy on my team shoot through a wall and get a kill but i get banned?
