I feel you on not knowing what to do.. And as Dr. Compton said, the recoil takes some getting used to but once you can get it down, the game still seems wayyyy more different than TF2 and CS

JK, realism is the same game, just a little more tactical, and a little slower paced, but WELL worth it once you get the gist of the game.

My son has been playing for years and is a Warrant Officer in the 1st Marine Raider Battalion and all he does is play realism. I am not there yet. Still learning. It is so difficult to see the enemy, the colors are so muted and everything looks patina, and dull.

As for playing as an eGO, I have just put (TF2) at the end of my name so everyone will know I am not a DoD:S eGO. is that good enough or is there something official I should do?

Since its a source game admining is mostly similar, just copy your cfg file from TF2 and plop it in' DoDS. Just don't type "got" before you admin, its a hand eye coordination race for the oldies
