I can tell you at a professional level teams do NOT throw games for skins/money. Professional meaning top tier teams. Not the low tier American teams/EU teams. A team would NEVER throw in a major tournament. I'd honestly like to see the pros admitting to throwing in a MAJOR. Cheating is a whole different story. It's something that happens in not only esports, but real sports as well (performance enhancing drugs), and is completely unrelated to throwing.

TWO people have been banned. TWO. That is not the whole competitive scene. These players get PAID, and keep their job based on their performance, why the hell would they throw. Not to mention they basically get their skins for free from fans, they don't need to bet.

It honestly makes me angry when people step on the game of counter-strike like you do... but you keep believing it. You have no proof, but you are entitled to your opinion. It seems like you care more about the skins then the actual gameplay.
