Fix dust2 please

something is wrong on Dust2 and I dont know where to report it.

players are saying someone is DDoSing it because literally everyone is lagging incredibly hard. Everyone.

Absolutely unplayable right now.
Right before the lag started there was a hacker in the server. Admin kept banning him but he kept coming back into the server somehow.
Then he changed his name to '1 more ban and I will take down server' or something similar, so I guess that's why people are saying it's a DDoS :/

Restart fixed it for now seems fine for me.
