So the server is up now, but everyone disconnects every 10 minutes? I get the message Disconnect: Client left game (Steam auth ticket has been canceled)

Just happened again, that time it took about 35 minutes. Not as bad now.

I don't understand either. Your dust 2 server was one of your most populated servers that was packed pretty much 24/7. Why would you change it in the first place. Usually if something is working correctly and bringing people around common sense you wouldn't and shouldn't change it. Just my opinion I suppose.

yeah after playing dust2 for years i decided to become a dedicated supporter last week. that worked out well.

I don't understand either. Your dust 2 server was one of your most populated servers that was packed pretty much 24/7. Why would you change it in the first place. Usually if something is working correctly and bringing people around common sense you wouldn't and shouldn't change it. Just my opinion I suppose.

The server box has been under multiple DDOS attacks in the recent weeks and the tech team are working with the provider doing anything they can to prevent it again.

The ddos attacks are not only hitting this server but multiple others including csgo servers. I would suggest spending the extra dollar to get ddos protection from your server provider. I know NFO offers good protection and their business is legit. I hope you guys can fix this before people start moving to other servers (myself included).

LOL, that is only half true. See most think having 1gb protection is all you need. No matter what yes it's hard to stop a ddos attack because they can always increase the bandwidth they're sending out. Thing is if they would be smart and would encrypt there server box IP that would stop it. All the ddos attacks would be sent out basically to a simulated IP address and wouldn't directly target the direct IP of the server box.

If anything I would suggest getting a 128 AES.
