Star Wars: Force Awakens and Battlefront 3

Who would have thought that the Star Wars Leia would become a Disney princess and LucasArts' Battlefront would return to the company that inspired it. During the last weekend, Lucasfilm hosted the Star Wars Celebration fan convention. During the convention both Disney and EA revealed the trailers for the two most hyped events this year: the new Force Awakens movie and Battlefront 3.

You can be sure that both our own Community Managers and Directors will consider getting eGO involved later this year.

Does this mean the BF division is actually just becoming a DICE games division?
 
Man, you would almost think we had a division dedicated to trying out brand new games.
 
My only hope is that they iron out everything before release. There's a joke in there somewhere
 
I can't wait to buy this on Steam then shoot some jerks in the face in awesome space battles!

Why so much hate for origin?
Sure it lacks features that steam has, but in IMO it has better customer service that steam and if you not satisfied with your game. You can return it within 48 hours.

I admit that Origin is definitely better than Steam; however, it's the thought of supporting EA still that has people (like me) concerned.
 
Definitely a huge priority for me when these things come around! Super stoked the community will be dipping into this!

Origin is poo for many reasons.

1. It sticks to EA only games

2. It does not offer much at all, and the need for it is very little. Heck you don't even need it to play battlefield since it uses.....battlelog...oh god what a bad system.

3. The only reason it was made was the fact of EA not liking steams whole DLC system.

4. One more application i have to open on my computer

5. Trying to compete with valve on the digital download, yet so far not much has changed since it has not added much for content.

6. Sure steams customer support takes a long time, but most cases are people not reading and or buying into an Early access title that flops, or the devs just wanted to grab money. Plus the only reason EA can do refunds is the fact that EA owns all the games.

Its not that i hate it because EA made it, but it is an inconvenience.
