Are you tired of watching the inconsistent CS:GO server rankings with usually little increase of our position?
How about the fact that we're being surpassed by other divisions in terms of recruitment and dedication?
Do you want to actually establish a foothold on the booming GO community and take advantage of the vast amounts of potential recruits?
What about get all of our servers in that game to break the 1,000 mark while keeping our CS:S strong and able?
If you said yes to any of these questions, that I wish to offer a solution to any and all of these issues. As many know me already, I am The Unknown Specialist, a CS Recruitment Coordinator and active server filling. I have made many posts recently to promote recruitment and server filling, but it was mainly based on uncoordinated methods that didn't focus around teamwork. I wish to change that all once and for all.
We need to establish a strong and permanent server-base on CS:GO to take advantage of the hundreds of thousands of players and its popularity. To do this, I wish to create a strong and dedicated group of at least 15 people of our ranks who can hop onto any of our servers at any time and get it filled within mere minutes and have a minimum of 10 on the servers at most times.. The times I would consider to be the most ripe for the taking would be from 2 P.M. EST to anytime past midnight. I also wish to gather able recruiters who can sway most pubs into joining eGO and quickly bringing them into use of all the features we offer, such as these very forums, teamspeak, and perhaps most importantly, events.
With summer just around the corner for many of us, that may very well be the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the time freed. If this idea is to be successful, it may very well be essential to putting CS back on top of eGO. All I'm asking of is for a few hours of your day along with the best of your persuasive abilities to create something truly worthwhile for us all. If you are interested or can offer any suggestions for improvement/ changes to this idea, please post them below or contact me on steam. Thank you for your time and keep this in mind.
I will officially start this group in mid-June around the 15th-19th.
