[MaD sKiLLz =FL=]

The title says it all... what was the first FPS you have played?
mine was not too long ago, only in 2005.
UNREAL TOURNEMENT 2004
very good game

[Captain Mental]

Jedi Knight was the first one for me. Had alot of fun on it

[METAL GEAR!!??]

Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2.
I looooooooved that game.

[Moose]

Team Fortress 2

[Lafinass]

Wolfenstein 3D

Kids today...

[Endiment]

Perfect Dark. Seriously, what is wrong with you all and your NEW games except Wolfenstein. You need to pay homage to the classics.

[Ephyu]

Can't remember if it was DOOM or Duke Nukem 3D. Played both around the same time, but I think it was Duke Nukem.

[Mental Buga]

I will always have fond memories of Jedi Knight. We used to have so much fun on this old game, I still miss it from time to time although team fortress is my addiction now

[KaptainKangaroo]

Either the original Wolfenstein or Duke Nukem. Some of us old people have poor memories..

[Crimson Dawn {RD}]

The Best Game for the N64 ever made....GOLDENEYE 007 that game was the bomb diggity

wow . . .

[lillGIL]

definitely started with Doom and Castle Wolfenstein.... all time favorite is going to have to be Goldeneye though

[Dangerdad]

Midi Maze, circa 1990. Atari ST computers chained together by MIDI port. Shooting happy faces in mazes.

Good times.

[Sharpshoote]

My first FPS game was in 1992 - Wolfenstein 3D (floppy discs...lol) then I got into Doom for a while but that was on Playstation then got back into PC gaming with Quakeworld TF (the original Team Fortress) then of course after that along came Half Life's Team Fortress Classic and the addiction began and has never ended.

[Aiki]

[quote1205451057=METAL GEAR!!??]

ohhh yeah!!! i haev all the jedi knights games!!! but i totally pissed cause my vista wont work on it!

[NightHawK]

.... Golden Eye i think or whatever it called.

[rabid_penguin]

my first FPS was Doom2 i do believe. I never played multiplayer on that 'til past couple years though, but back then my dad used to do the ole have his computer dial up my uncles computer, and they'd try and co-op through a little and have some fun
my first online fps (which i believe was a significant step towards modern online gaming) was Starsiege Tribes which i have installed to this day (on vista even) and still occasionally play! tribes was really the second game i played a lot online...the original age of empires was my first. =)

[Guardian-X]

Wolfenstein 3D -> Doom Shareware -> Rise of the Triad -> Doom2 -> Shadow Warrior -> Dark Forces -> Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight then the FPS's snowballed and tons of others fell into place.

[YoungMachete]

Medal Of Honor ohhh yeahhhh
