Im changing this post because ive decided to be patient. There are a handful of members here who have proven to me that I may be able to find what im looking for here. Im sticking around for a bit.

I'm sorry to hear this, Snackbar. eGO is definitely a community, but like any community, we can't always ensure EVERYONE is accepted or treated amazingly right away. I'd love it if you'd try staying with us for some more time, hang out in TS, post on the forums, attend events and such. You give us some time and we'll give you some also.

You just have to find a smaller group and work your way out from there. The eGO community is huge and can be overwhelming at first. I see you're in the CS division, so maybe find a sniper group, or some regulars that play a certain game mode or server you like.

I know exactly what you're talking about but just having the tag doesn't guarantee you a dozen best friends and all all the things that come with being in a community - you have to assimilate yourself into the community, this can take weeks or even a month+ to do properly, but I'm sure that if you did this like I am doing it then you would see what a great community EGO is.

Stick that tag back on, give it a bit more time, hop in TS and get to know some people.
