I would like to know of anyone who has installed Windows 10 and if it has effected any aspect of their gaming.

If it did effected any part of your gaming, please let us; the community, know what problems you may have and if you found a solution to fix that problem.

I'm still debating to either stay with my Windows 7 64 or give Windows 10 a try.

Thank you.

I had to verify a bunch of my steam games.

Other than that, I've had no problems with Win10.

I haven't updated because I'm scared too, should I?

IF you don't priate your games, Windows 10 is very nice!. Alot of my games are running smother in 10 then 7.1

Hello there I been running windows 10 for little over 2 weeks now and have no problems at all playing games or doing other things so far i would say go for the update but its down to personal preferance i guess win 10 is closer to win 7 then win 8 was.

I'm still a little skeptic or scared that all of my games won't work properly. I know there will be bug fixes down the road. I have a free copy on reserve. I'll wait a month or so to see if any bug issues or fixes are being made.

Thanks everyone for your input on this matter.

I play some other games too and it does affect some games. Just I am not sure which ones it will mess with lol.:blushing:

I upgraded day 1 and haven't had any issues. After upgrading and making sure it activated I did a clean install and its running beautify. I haven't had any issues with compatibility.

For those who are wanting to upgrade to windows 10, i would suggest upgrading and not using the Microsoft media creator because it corrupted my windows and is causing massive hangs and everything is unresponsive

I will never upgrade to 10 from my windows 3.1 it works just fine on my 286

Exactly why i've been ignoring my free upgrade. I have windows 8.

well heres something funny, i just updated through the upgrade window on windows 8.1 and it runs perfectly

I actually have computers running 98SE,XP, XP Pro, Vista and my current one with 7. Until every last bug is gone from 10 then I might upgrade...maybe.

Windows 10 is running fine right now, day 1 there was a few bugs for the NVidia drivers, other than that nothing much happens on my windows... Upgraded from windows 7 ultimate, the first day.

So i have been using Windows 10 since October/November 2014 when it was available as technical preview. It has been a journey and I'm still on technical preview and on the latest fast ring build.

Now coming to gaming performance, all my games are working smoothly on windows 10 since March/April and that was earlier than the public launch of windows 10. So any game which ran on Win7/8/8.1 should run smoothly on Windows 10.

Now i see people here commenting about privacy and data, so let me inform some noobs about whats actually happening here.
Rumors about MS collecting your information using windows 10 is somewhat true and let me clarify what it collects. Most of the users surely remember "Action Center" and "Flags" on the task-bar of their computer, that was the way MS used to collect error reports earlier. Now, they have changed the way they collect error report and instead waiting on users to send report the collect them and its automatic. Any generated error report will be sent to MS servers for analysis and in my view thats very helpful. Moreover if you don't wan this to happen then you can opt out of all these features and use that tinfoil cap of yours and be idiotic.
Also, to people here saying "if you use pirated games then your game will be blocked" are certified noobs and they do not know what they are talking about. If you want to know what exactly it is then read Microsoft EULA (End User License Agreement) then you can understand what it is.
Microsoft has decided to actively block 1st party pirated games and softwares and nothing else. When i say 1st party games means, games on Xbox and thats about it. What games you are running on your PC doesn't matter to MS and it wont.
If anyone else who say otherwise should learn to look up on Internet on what im saying is true and all these miss information is baseless.

Sorry to say you can only upgrade the computer running windows 7 as win 10 is a free upgrade to 7/8.1. In all other cases you need to buy
