Shutterbugs flutter here!

Wow, anne...just wow. I'm always so disappointed that, no matter how picturesque California can be, it just can't beat the East Coast in autumn. Where in NJ is that? I visited a friend in Princeton, and yet never saw anything like that.

anne - great shots!! i'm originally from delaware, so i know some of those spots pretty well :-) miss seeing fall!!

Moose - The Delaware Water Gap is in NJ/Pennsylvania, along the Delaware river.

trykael - I just moved to New York in December, but I've always been a fan of the autumn out east ^.^

<3 Landscape out here, its great.

We can't let this slip into obscurity again...too...many...awesome...photos! :D

Everyones pics are so amazing; Anne & Moose have epic camera skills.

These are from my backyard this morning:

I <3 it when my bottlebrush is in bloom - bees everywhere :((

Hey guys I really want to show you some of my familys Hawaii shots and packer's pictures, but im not quite sure how to upload them into the forums... It's got to be a little harder than just copy and pasting right?

I do prefer the chemical photography. There is something about the darkroom i like. But i have a Cannon SLR. Right now i am playing with a blue Sky vodka bottle. I shoot through it. The effect is very nice.

Here are a few more.

Storm at Palm Springs, Southern California. Once every three summers, on average, it pours with a vengeance. Scan from color slide. Kodak Ektachrome 100.

Scan of 35 mm BW, Tri X 400 ISO i believe. Right behind Crystal Cove on the Pacific Coast. I have a secluded spot that is very nice.

Riverside County. There is a road you take off the 15 Freeway. Its nice and long. Makes for a great drive. Scan from BW film.

Pier at Huntington Beach. The nice thing about digital is that you can apply filters for BW very easy. Red filter on this i believe. Spot in the midle, barely visible, was a spot on my CMOS sensor.

PS: Too lazy to edit and add watermarks. Copyrighted. Cannot be used without approval.

set up an account with a hosting company like photobucket.com easy enough to do (completely free) and will let you link it from there. to link the picture they will give you links under the photos you uploaded. look for tags in photobucket.

really good stuff on here. wish i had the patiences to get halfway decent at photograph. It's amazing what you can catch in people.

Frank, those are some awesome shots. I'm an "old school" film guy, myself, but I can't deny the benefits of digital. :)

Here my fav picture:
I took this last year In Greece. The rocks look like a face, all natural

As I said before, I think I'm better at "people" shots. :) I really like colors and composition. Luckily, I have a great model that puts up with the constant clicking. :) Here ya go, some of my faves. :)

I love this one because the lighting makes it seem nostalgic and the accidental slight blur shows the motion. This was his first crawl down the hallway BTW. What a great memory. I have a killer scrapbook page for it too. :)

This one is just kinda funny. It reminds me of a Normal Rockwell painting. :)

I was playing around with the camera with this one. This was accidental, but the motion in it just reminded me of how quickly life flashes by. It's a blur and all of a sudden you are old. :) Killer scrapbook page for this one too. :)

I love this one because of the color and the composition. I love how framing a picture right takes it from just another day at the pool to a really cool picture that stands out.

And finally, swing in motion. I love this picture. I was playing with the camera with this one too, try to work on motion shots. I loved the blurry background and that he is in the corner of the picture so still.

Hope you enjoy. :) I love seeing y'alls work too. I'm inspired to go out and try some landscapes this weekend. Maybe I'll have something I feel good about sharing. :)
