I've been playing on the eGO TTT server for months now and there are times when admins are away that people do not follow the rules. There have been instances where people would be ghosting, RDM'ing, and falsely KOS'ing. I believe there should be a channel on teamspeak for available admins just to idle (if not currently doing something), so when someone needs the help of an admin they can just poke them. Therefore there will always be a way to contact an admin if someone is not obeying the rules.

When you go on Teamspeak, there are generally a few admins kicking around, perhaps not on CS, but they can quickly come in. If there are no CS admins around, try another divisional channel, some admins play multiple games and would be happy to help

An option for you is to add -condump to your CS:GO launch options, which will automatically record all console stuff to a text file, and you can easily create a Request ban, as long as you collect all the respective data on the user you want to report.

teamchat(u): &Need an admin here

If nobody shows up try finding someone in TS(there's always an admin in there)
TeamSpeak

Otherwise make a ban request Here

You should definitely do these things. I'd also suggest adding multiple admins that frequent our TS and Servers, so when a problem does pop up you'll be able to contact them swiftly.
