The problems caused by the delayed teamswitch cs:go randomly employs. I say randomly because sometimes it delays it, other times it doesn't. Even using auto assign will sometimes do it in the earlier stages of the round.
Anyways, Ts switch to join CT when there are open slots, but for some reason, cs:go decides to delay the switch until round start. The teamswitch in progress can be seen on the scoreboard by a blue/red arrow next to the players name.

And this breaks the plugin designed to keep the teams at a 1:2 ratio, since the switch doesn't actually happen until the start of next round.
