Here are some of the things I found wrong with lego,
*The cellblock: The cellblock was designed poorly and T's could easily escape and such. CT's didn't have much room to compensate for this. It was a constant knife fest and maneuvering the T's in it was a nightmare.
*The games: Guess what, lego jail giving its size didn't have that many games that the T's could play as they were broken or the area around them was just designed so poorly. If I recall correctly, 9 times out of 10, the Warden had trouble getting T's to play a unique game and it just ended in rage or CT's getting slaughtered. The area around crazy maze comes to mind. Often times, I would hear people say, "woah, I didn't even know this game existed" which isn't really a good sign.
*The layout: The part of the map that made it the worst. The connecting hallways between games were so tight and close quarters that knifing was inevitable. Freekilling was rampant as it was always hard to tell what was going on. On top of that, the map doesn't have a minimap which it needs badly.
*The secrets: The map had an unhealthy amount of secrets. It was extremely easy to rebel and CT's always died early because some T managed to make it to a vent that no one even knew existed.
This is just scratching the surface. Every time the map was voted to be lego jail, you can guarantee some "Noooo"s would pop up in chat and the server population would dwindle as the free killing went on. I would not want to see it back to be honest.

Yes, a good warden could negate all this but when you need an exceptional warden just to direct T's from point A to point B and they are literally a hallway apart on a map, it has some issues.
