Why does the below message come up when I try clicking on a link within posts that point to basic admin training, how to admin, anything that seems like I don't rate.

Mainly this link, found in a thread for Basic Admin Training.

Is it that I don't rate going to these links on the server?
Or is it my account is having an issue?

Been typing rules in chat (get berated a lot by players unless there is a real admin on the server) and posting requests since I joined way last year.

I try to use Please, thank you, and be really positive to those breaking the rules. That's hard sometimes when they just keep on.
I post the request bans, I used to read other peoples request bans to see how they react to situations...that is not possible anymore with the way that forum is set up now.

What do I have to do to get trained? Is there a list to sign up?
Who do I talk to?
Do I just pm Beemermarine?

First of all, it's always nice to see someone who is enthusiastic about admining! Promotions are earned through forum activity, server presence, and a positive attitude!

Pro tip: Never ask! Promotions come to you, not the other way around.
