melee is fine but its when people start this "only melee" junk that it starts to get annoying, the people who insist on only melee no matter what the player count is (low or high) get no respect from me......its not to hard to even the odds against someone with say a demo, heavy, or pyro

Unless I'm a spy, demo or medic, meeling is always my last option. I can't kill anything with non laid stickies, and saw > needles, so i go to meele first or second there. Every other class it's 3rd.

Scouts bat FTW nothing better then taking down a heavy or a level 3 sentry with only your bat, really gives you a feeling of accomplishment.

!!BONESAW!! Is there anyting else to be said? Maby wrench, but that thing is way overpowered. Melee - the best way to kill anyone during a regular game. No matter what class I am playing I have the melee weapon on quick switch. Usually when I am playing 2Fort as scout all I use is the bat.

I just spent the last hour and a half meleeing with a scout. The Internet as a medic helped me take out a lvl 3 sentry Ubered scout with bat= lolz

I always hate that when I whip the bonesaw to challenge someone, they still shoot and then switch into their melee weapon, then kill me because they only have to hit me once or twice.. makes it a really unfair advantage. Yes I know killing in a disadvantage is that much more sweet.

Hopping on top of a Heavies head and batting his skull in is one of the most satisfying things I have ever done. That and punching out Pyros and Scouts.

I think we already agreed that the wrench was the best melee evar.

Although from what I've heard of the Ubersaw, it sounds like that will be changing (given that anyone actually unlocks that thing)

Ah, melee. I love bashing people with the scout bat
