To the TF2 Division -

I have been a member of eGO and TF2 for just over two years now. I have met many great friends, had many great experiences, and I definitely think of these last two years doing something I enjoy, playing video games, with all of you as a great time. I have benefited immensely from it as well, in many ways.

However, I have informed the TF2 Leadership team and our CM/CEO USCG Hammer that I am stepping down from my position as Division Leader for the TF2 division. I gave Pzycho and your lovely Advisors fair warning to this, as I have been pondering this decisions for a few weeks now. While I love corralling you ragtag bunch of goofs, I didn't seem to be able to put my 100% into the position recently. For those of you who have known me since I showed up here, I like doing things full-throttle and the best I can. At the moment, I don't want to hold the division back by doing a mediocre job.

I will be remaining on as a line Division Leader so that I can help the community wherever needed, but all TF2 decisions will be made by Pzycho and the team.

Another part is that I need to focus on a few other things in my life at the moment, and going 100% into TF2 eGO has been taking my attention away from those things. I wish I could do both, but I can only go 200% for so long!

So don't worry, I won't be vanishing into the mist, but I am going to slow down a bit with eGO. I'm sure you will still see me around quite a bit though (old habits will die hard, I imagine).

I want to thank each and every one of you for all the fun times and work you have put into the division, all the TF2 Leadership (former and present) who have put up with my admittedly high standards for their performance. Of course I encourage all of you to be the best you can be for the division as it moves forward. I may come back into the fold in the future, but for now I am gonna step away for a bit.

I hope I was able to be a positive for all you guys. Thinking back on the things we've done; hosting great tournaments and events (and a fancy TF2 in-game medal for one!), late night gaming sessions playing whatever, all that jazz. I was will remember feeling so proud when I was able to give out awards and medals to all you who deserved it, and seeing a lot of you grow in many ways. That's probably what I will miss the most!

Keep your stick on the ice, and watch your heads -

Thank you for all you have done for the TF2 community, I am glad you will stay as an eGO DL though. Your leadership has been a great thing to work under.

Thanks for all of your hard work and good TF2 times, Mister36. You were (and always will be) a fantastic leader. Good luck, and have fun! :)

Thank you for all you've done for TF2.

Thank you for your time here in the TF2 division, Mister36. It is truly
rare to find someone as dedicated to not only making sure we have
fun servers to play on, but also keeping us all safe. Whether I had
silly questions to ask or I had concerns, you were always the one
person I -as well as many others- felt safe to come talk to. For that,
I want to thank you.

I being someone who knew you before you were even a little =(e)=
had the wonderful opportunity to watch you grow as a person. From
someone who solemnly spoke, (you were too busy shooting everyone
on Hightower xP) to one of the most outgoing people I know. You brought
this division closer together than it has ever been in the past. You time here
with us will never be forgotten.

We love you 36 <3

p.s. What is your favorite color?

Mister36,

Thank you for making the TF2 division a fantastic one. You've been a fantastic leader and definitely somebody to look up to. It's going to be strange not having you as one of our DLs, the dynamic duo as it were.

I haven't known you for long, but you've been part of making the journey so far a great one. You'll be missed, I wish you luck with everything, and don't leave us to far behind in your travels and adventures!

you will be missed, thank you for your strong efforts. I must say I think you did very well leading this division (from what I've been told it is the absolute hardest of the divisions to manage as DL).

wait he's not an e anymore???

I think I can speak for all of us when I can't even began to say how thankful we all are to have someone as dedicated, devoted, and hardworking as you for the position of TF2 Division Leader. It was truly a blast being able to work with you as your efforts have only made this division stronger. You've truly left your mark here (mostly from sniping our heads from our bodies! XD) Thanks for the memories buddy, you will be missed dearly! :D

Noo y u do this to me!

36 for Overwatch DL. I'm calling it!

Thanks for everything, Mister. I haven't talk to you for long and I may have left a bad or good first impression, but I am glad that I was able to talk to you. I hope you have a great journey ahead and may your future be forever shining.

That was beautiful, I'm crying no joke. This feels so weird having this happen...

Thank you for your service Mister36, thank you for everything. We will miss you

Congratulations on being the best DL I've ever had. I specifically came back to Advisorship to work on your team. You brought this Division back from the brink, and deserve all this praise and so much more.

Also, you're still the most irrational pocket I've ever healed. :)

I love you my wife.
Come back to us some day soon.
Please don't forget us.

Sincerely though, good luck with all of your real life things, you were one of the most dedicated people to this division I've met. Hurry back little 36, we'll be waiting c:

Thanks for your leadership 36. You will be missed. For everyone else, 36 won't be Line leadership.
