It has come to my attention that a certain member has been being constantly down repped by certain individuals. Also a couple of those individuals are admins who have been told by the person getting downed to please stop while they keep on doing so. It's obviously making the members experience not as enjoyable for them so why don't you guys stop? Because it's fun to make someone upset? That's just dumb in my opinion we should be making our servers enjoyable for everyone. It ended up getting to a point where the player would just disconnect rather than finish their path to 0, now the member has stated that the server is no longer enjoyable to them because of the negativity directed towards them.

PREACH, btw some admins need to notice the fact that the actions u do influence other people, that are new to think that this is ok (looking at the younger players), which is sending this message that being negative is a good and funny thing, when in reality it might really hurt someone.

Just remove rep if people are going to get their feelings hurt after losing rep for ratting out rebelling Ts.

Then go for it remove rep all together or at least the !down feature

Rep means nothing. Literally nothing. However, if they truly feel this way, they do not need to report it to you, the need to come to leadership by either talking with us on teamspeak or reaching out in dropbox.

Threads like this are not needed, and we cannot fix an issue if they're not reporting it to the proper people.
