The reason why you think the vehicle should be added - I think the truck should be added because its very very stunning and appealing and quite nice to have a few more trucks added in that are very appealing, I also think it would be very nice to have as a off-roading truck.

It is about 0.1mb over the limit but considering these are wheels and not a vehicle, it won't do much harm.
