Is there a rule against someone claiming to be able to launder money and then just scamming you? or am i just out $367,650?

It is not against the rules. Money laundering can be a dangerous business. It is illegal after all. Gotta go through people you trust. Or just take the 50% hit and use the automated service. I personally always bring a buddy or two with baseball bats.. Just incase.
