Would like slight help

I would like slight help on how to put characters into ... say a signature. I would like to be able to capture characters and past them into a design so I can make a good a signature or avatar. In learning this, I may be able to assist with making other members' signatures or avatars.

You are referring to TF2 characters?

Garry's Mod is the way to go, though that's the extent of my knowledge on the matter. We have quite a few talented GModders in our community though, I'm sure someone can help you.
