We all know if you are out of cells before command given you are rebelling BUT I also know if warden dies and its "Freeday" but it is not freeday to leave the cells.... As you are still out of Cells before command is given. I want an AT to answer this question.

If you are out of cells with no command and warden died are you allowed to leave cells.

If the cells auto open you should be allowed to go run because its a freeday , you should be allowed to just run out and do whatever u want (exept for rebeling) untill a command is given.

Im asking for AT's response. Im fine with your opinion but considering my experience on the server and questions asked on this situation before this occurance has said otherwise.

If the warden dies and no one takes warden and cells open, you can roam around. It's defined as a freeday until a new warden issues new orders so you wouldn't be considered rebelling. If cells haven't opened yet and someone has already killed warden (lol) and someone is out of cells you can't kill them as all of the previous warden's orders cancel out

To my understanding what Tethys said is correct, but I've seen other admins question this as well so might as well wait for an AT to give his opinion on the matter.

In my opinion, it's a freeday whether or not the first command was given. It would be hectic if in chat it said freeday and cts were allowed to kill because no command was given yet. :confused1:

If the warden dies, then of course, you are allowed to leave your cells anywhere you want except restricted areas(vents, armoury, secrets...).

Per leadership.

When a warden dies, then the following action would be that a freeday is enacted for the Prisoners. This means they cannot be killed for running out of cells. It is on the other Guards to get a warden promoted to control the Prisoners.

So in short, yes they can leave their cells if the warden is killed.
