Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Back in pG we had a !jail command that opened a page with the jailbreak rules. This made it super easy for new players to figure out how to play the game but now lots of players, including myself, have binds with a link to the jailbreak rules forcing players to have to copy it, open a browser, then paste the link. I have it here rather than suggestions because we used to have it and I don't know where it went.

Try to type !jail/jailbreak/rules/etc. in chat.

Had 5 new players ask me for the rules today...

Pretty sure one of the tips says do !jail to read the rules. But whenever I try that nothing comes up.

I tested it on bhop (or ttt) and it worked, so maybe if we cant fix it yet we can just tell people to do this.

Hi... Can this please be made a higher priority by any chance. Right now the inability for new players to find the rules results in rule breaking and confusion.

It sucks that people ask "what is this", "where are the rules", etc. and I have a bind that links the rules. Also like I said a while ago, players are constantly asking where the rules are and when they can't find them they just do whatever or get confused and leave.

Having a !rules command on a server like Jailbreak is a necessity and right now the lack of one is stunting the servers growth. Mercy Drewerth

Valve has disabled the ability for servers to pop up websites and it doesn't look like they're going to bring it back.

The advertisement that says "Type !rules to read the rules." should be changed to say "Click on Server Website on the scoreboard to read the rules."

After talking with Leadership from CS, the rules command is dead, so anyways back onto great news. You can tell players to click that sexy Server Website tab in the scoreboard and it will show them all the nice sexy rules that they need to read and follow.
