Counter-Strike Global Offensive Jail Server Issue with reporting a exploit for jailberd.

Im not sure if this is the right place for this but here we go.

I have recently found a exploit to get under the map on jailberd.
I tried recording it in OBS so I can report it but I have a problem.
My recordings are 20 fps for some weird reason.I tried everything to fix it but nothing helped.
The videos are unwatchable and you cant really see anything.They are all choppy.​

So my question is:Does anyone know a fix to this problem?​

Or we can find a different solution to this.​

Someone can add me on steam and i can show them the exploit i found(the exploit allows you to go under the map and you can shoot/kill people) and he can learn to do it for himself,record it and report it.​

Record as a demo, then play that back and record in OBS. Make sure you cap at like 30fps @900p (or 720p) in OBS. Don't use more than a 4k bitrate either.

If you have a poor CPU or GPU then theres only so much you can do.

Why go through the extra step? just record the demo and send it in.
