Many of you may be aware of the differences between true randomness and pseudo randomness, so for those people I apologize, but I'm going to explain my thoughts on this issue anyway.
Firstly, let me preface this by saying, I am not an expert at this at all, in fact I rather dislike math. That being said, I'm sick of nights where I play TTT for literally hours, only to have to endure round after round of being an inno or D. Tonight was like that. I played for maybe 3 and a half full hours, spanning several maps. I finally managed to get two t rounds with an interval of an inno round between them as my last three rounds before I was so fed up that I got off.
As far as I know, your chances of being T have nothing to do with karma. This is what I have been told. Everyone should theoretically have an equal chance of being T. However, I often find myself getting numerous inno rounds while I watch others get t round after t round in quick succession. Of course, I've been on the reverse end as well. Sometimes I'll hear complaints about others not getting t rounds while I get several very quickly.

This is the heart of the issue, and it's simply that true randomness is often not fair. A truly random selection at the beginning of every round means someone get literally get t every single round and his chances of t would remain the same because the chance of being a t does not change and its decided at the start of a round. This leads to many situations where people feel like they never get t.
To solve this issue I propose that some sort of psuedo random selection system is put into place. A system that would be able to see how many people were online, and then only give t rounds out to those who hadn't had it the round previously. When the server is at max capacity there would probably have to be an even larger round gap, so 3 maybe even 4 or 5 rounds, depending on the amount of ts chosen. While this may sound complicated, it would ensure that no matter what, you are guaranteed a t round within a certain amount of rounds.
In conclusion, let me clarify that I'm not complaining that I never get t because I went 2 or 3 rounds without t, or because I suck at t or something and want more t rounds. I'm suggesting a change because myself and I'm sure many others have experienced days where we go literal hours without getting a t round. This is unacceptable, and I beg the mod/dev team to create a fairer t selection system for everyone.
