Respawn Times

I do not know what happened, but in the mix of attempting to fix autobalance (I do not know if you have or not)(which is still not working) the respawn timer of 5 seconds has been "removed" allowing me to switch classes after a death and switch back immediately to the class I was wanting to play.
I do not know if this is intentional or not.

Yeah both are known problems and are on the techs list to get fixed.
