Have been told that if you call it, it gives you an error. The numbers are a long story, about my very first username that had 7890. Once that was taken I decided to do the 110 cause no one else has had that name for anything that I have signed up for.

Now that I know your secret, I'm using it to sign up for Twitter, Gab, YikYak, Twitch, SnapChamp, YouMail, GroupMe, Slack, Nextdoor, Chirp, and Replicon accounts. I'm going to scour tech forums and the moment a new social media app or gaming site pops into existence, I'm pouncing on that user name.
