Inconsistence in jailbreak rules

I've noticed some inconsistencies in the rules for jailbreak, which has really bothered me because sometimes I get swapped or warned for things other admins say are ok. For example the rules on offering hp, I was playing on quake and offered hp for spike game but once we got to spike game a mass freeshot happened.
Heres where the problem lies some admins have said that if someone is shot after I offer hp its not my fault and I don't need to offer hp again, but one of the other admins made me offer hp again. I'm just looking for a clear answer.

As I told you in game, if a T gets freeshot it is not their fault. They should not be punished for it. If its a trivial amount then we wouldn't worry about it. If its a substantial amount, such as a CT shooting a stack with a shotgun, you would need to offer them HP.

Probably just best to listen to the admin in that case, since they have final say in server as stated in general rules rule 11.

That rule is there to prevent argument in server, not for new rules to be created on the spot. If it were that way, there would be nothing left to hold an admin in place. As Power Outlet said, a prisoner shouldn't be punished for a guard fault. As the warden you're responsible for the enjoyment of the round and if you don't give the prisoners health for something they didn't do, you aren't promoting enjoyment.

Honestly, all of this falls under common sense. If the stack is sprayed by a griefer then of course, offer HP again. If someone who's goof-ballin' gets shot for not following orders then don't offer it. It's as simple as that.

tbh the rules kinda are a little wack with some things... such as whats considered camping vent on the map with the vent on top of cells and u have to go behind them to get there.(forgot the name of the map) I've had some admins tell me its not camping if cts are on top and they dont look at the way to get there, and then ive had some who told me it was. Just small stuff like that
